THE PROJECT
- Objectives
SkillPath enhances adult education by improving digital skills, employability, and inclusion for low-skilled adults, older learners, and marginalized groups. It develops EQF-aligned micro-credentials, provides AI-driven digital training, and engages 500 underrepresented adults in flexible learning. Participants gain career-building skills, with 65% securing job interviews or employment within six months.
- Activities
Over 24 months, SkillPath will develop five stackable micro-credentials and an AI-powered learning platform for personalized pathways. It will deliver five training courses in AI, automation, data analysis, cybersecurity, and job-search skills. Gamified learning, blended approaches, and career coaching will enhance engagement and employability. The project ensures long-term impact through networking, dissemination, and EU-wide scalability.
- Impact
By project end, 500 adults will complete training on digital skills, job-how (job search, LinkedIn, resume building and job interviews in the aI era), 75% improving digital skills and 80% gaining confidence in digital tools. Half of the trainees will secure job interviews/jobs within six months. The EQF-aligned micro-credential framework ensures EU recognition. Gamified, AI-driven methods will boost engagement by 20%, and best practices will be shared to enhance EU-wide adult education impact.
